    i am trying to play the sea of thieves alpha, and in order to download it, you need to be in the insider program. When I try opening the Xbox insider hub app, it gives me the message saying I can't join because of past behavior.

    Xbox Live Account suspension.

    Every time I click the Xbox insider hub it says you can't join the Xbox insider program because of your past behavior !

    When I load the xbox insider hub app on xbox, It says "You can't join the Xbox Insider program because of your past behavior'.

    Unless it's changed you can't be in the insider program if you have had any enforcement action on your account within the past 12 months.

    For information on past suspensions you can check out
    enforcement.xbox.com    . Unfortunately if you've received Enforcement actions on your account, you won't be able to sign up for the Insider Program. Your past suspension may eventually roll off and allow you to apply later, but we aren't able to speculate
    on when that may be. Feel free to continue applying in the future.
