    You cannot Unable to launch multiplayer session because of how your Microsoft Account is set up. I have followed al the safety instructions. I have game pass ultimate. I can not open my online games. everything has works for years at the settings so far, Nothing has changes on my end

You can check and adjust your privacy settings on your account privacy settings page on the Xbox website or through the Xbox One console.

    Clear the cache on your Xbox One Cache buildup on your console can cause connectivity issues. To clear the cache, turn off your Xbox One, unplug the power cable from the back of the console, and wait at least 10 seconds. Then, reconnect the power cable and turn on the console.
