You cannot play online multiplayer because of how your Microsoft Account is set up.

I want to create a Realms to play with friends while we are all stuck at home. I think I am a child account but this was created 6+ years ago when my dad and I were absolutely clueless. So far, what I understand is I need to change some privacy settings
in my account but the way to do that has left me completely lost. Does anyone know how I do this? We've tried as much as we could but this is beyond us.
