    You cannot play online multiplayer because of how your account is set up


    I have the latest version of Minecraft installed on my Ipad 5th gen, and Im trying to create a realm and play multiplayer however I am met with an error message that says You cannot play online multiplayer because of how your account is set up

    please note my xbox live account is not a child account moreover, Ive seen many people have had this error and alot of people respond by saying go to the “privacy & online safety” tab on the xbox live website however, that tab no longer exists, so Id appreciate
    if people did not answer by posting old solutions because I don’t think that acknowledges the fact that the xbox live website has been updated. Also this is on an ipad so don’t provide solutions that are specifically for an xbox one or windows
    10 device. Thank you
