"You can see and share content" option has dissapeared.

Please help.

Trying to get my daughter access to Roblox on Xbox1.

We keep getting the error message 116 that says we need to change the "you can see and share content" option to "Everybody". I have read multiple posts talking through how to solve this common problem and I remember sorting it for me oldest son last year.

However the menu option has dissapeared or changed.

When editing the "Privacy and Online Safety/ Xbox Live Privacy/view details and customise/game content" options there used to be an item to allow you to see and share content created by.... but that whole option is no longer there!

I have set every single option that is there to "evetybody" i also tried setting the default options to adult rather than child but the problem persists.

I have read multiple guides on sorting this issue and the game itself also tells you how to solve the issue, but that one menu option it tells you to change is just no longer there!

Multiplayer gaming is enabled already, I know that is another option required for Roblox but we have set that one already.

Can anybody help me solve this issue?

We have spent four hours since downloading and installing Roblox on our xbox one, since paying for Xbox Live Gold, jumped a million hurdles, edited privacy settings, and we still have no joy.

The latest is now the message you are getting TickerH4rt, the child is being told 'you cannot see and share content', so we followed the instructions and hit another brick wall.

My son couldn't play Fortnite PVP because his account was not set up to play user generated content and it directed us to the restriction settings on xbox.com. Well, we looked and could not find any there, at account.xbox.com, or at account.microsoft.com

However, if you go back to the console and log in with the parental account it works fine.

From the parent account, you can view the restrictions on your family member accounts. There are more options there than are available on xbox.com and one has to do with shared content. It looks like if you allow your child to see content generated and shared by
others, others can also see any content your child shares.

Not sure if this is the best way, but it worked.

We are having the same problem! Where is the shared content option pls.
