    Calling the customer service number to get ANYTHING resolved is an absolute exercise in frustration. I attempted to contact the billing department six (6!) times in order to get an error in billing MADE BY MICROSOFT resolved. The best
    part was that after 8 hours on the phone, it was STILL NOT RESOLVED.

    You billed me three times for a single Minecraft Realms subscription on three different occasions. Let me repeat: YOU BILLED ME THREE TIMES A MONTH FOR A SINGLE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. You have yet to acknowledge or fix this error that
    you made, except for the initial error. You refunded 2 out of the FIVE overcharges you owe me, and just decided to keep the rest. Don't worry, I have already gone through the dispute process with my bank, who has credited me the funds you took in error.
    Now, your fight is with Wells Fargo. Good luck!

    The best part was trying to get your customer service to understand this. Your customer service employees HUNG UP ON ME FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES, INCLUDING A MANAGER!!! Oh, need proof? Check service # [mod removed].
    Go ahead, I dare you! Note the absolute lack of resolution and the four different times you hung up on me, after I spent over an hour on your "oh so helpful" automated line (each and every time, sometimes these calls were 2 hours). Seriously, maybe have
    a chat with your overseas customer service center and start to establish some kind of metric to measure just how long you leave people on hold. It's ridiculous, and shows your lack of caring about your customers. And please do not insult us by stating these
    centers are located in the United States, unless every employee stateside has an Indian accent and cannot understand the finer points I was trying to explain. I don't blame their lack of English knowledge, I blame Microsoft for outsourcing this in
    the first place.

    You got my money, so we are done, right? Wrong. You
    took too much money, and when I attempted to get it back, you simply hung up and ignored me. The last email from you was October 1st, and my REPEATED replies have been ignored (5 different times).

    Frankly, I can't
    wait for another company to make a better network than you, and you watch the community abandon Microsoft Live like rats fleeing a sinking ship. I think you have sat on top for too long, and forget that you depend on people like me to keep your stock
    price up.

    I had same issue with my account two years ago, I called customer support to fix it. I had forgotten I had changed my membership from month to month to year to year. I had not change it in time for the billing. I had it fixed and it was credited back to
    me. You can change you billing but it may take a month to show the change. Same as if you change your email and other things on your account. Call customer support and they will help you with this.

    Microsoft told me it's a problem with my bank/credit card. You have to talk to them on how to fix it.

    If you can tell by my 'last game played' the same thing happened to me. I am just lucky that with what happened i have anti overdraft so they couldn't take more than the $49.99 of my $68 I had had.

    I've called representatives 4 times and got a different answer each time, this last time the woman I talked to gave me info that yes something is up with security but they JUST updated the system, supposedly. My bank is being of no help and I am thinking
    of calling them again or going to my local bank in person to try and get this fixed because they told me nothing can be done unless microsoft gives them information.

No microsoft subscriptions ever, but unauthorised monthly charges to my credit card account for $15.95au MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE 1 MONT MSBILL.INFO AU. Credit card has now been replaced three (3) times, but the bank (the biggest bank in aus) assures me that this time the charges will stop. In my case, I don't believe it was actually Microsoft charging my card. It has now been 2 months since the last unauthorised charge hit my account.
