    jigsaw puzzlecolections

    when I finish jigsaw puzzle collection it does not give me my gold bars and goes back to the page where I have to click on it again to play. this has been going on for three days now.

    solitaire collection

    I only have solitaire collection and taptiles, and cant log into either, although it logs in straight away on the games app, and tells me my achievements etc. This has only been going on for 3 days.

    This has been going on for a long time with me, that is why I quit playing. I cannot complete the collection in Tanzania or anywhere for that matter.

    Daily Challenges

    Same situation. Uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed and the same issue persists. No matter which Daily Challenge is selected, the primary ad will play, let the game begin, and once the challenge is done it will show the "Collect reward" with the smaller
    ad still working, but as soon as you click on the "Collect reward" button, it locks up and will not ever complete and return to the main page. This has been ongoing for a week with no response and seemingly no attempt at resolution. All other MS games I
    play (Minesweeper, Mahjong, Solitaire, etc.) work fine. This issue is specifically with MS Jigsaw.

    Which of my games aren't part of the Microsoft Collection? I assume that if I find other versions of those games in the collection they'll be ad free?

    to disable ads it will require an in game purchase. are you having issues clicking with a touch screen, or is the issue while using a mouse?

    the version played in Windows 7 was a different game. Windows 10 has moved to the solitaire collection app.
