    I am really fed up of having to pay for a subscription I cannot cancel. I cannot cancel it because the email address that it linked to the gaming profile is the same email address I use to sign into the xbox website, which tells me I do not have a subscription,
    yet every month you take a payment and I get to go on line.

    I tried to start a web chat, but your interaction page is ***. I can't initiate a chat because there is no way to activate the what is your firstname and surname field. I tried it in my default browser, Chrome, when that did not work I have to fire up
    explorer and that still did not work.

    Cancel my subscription and refund me or all the games I have never downloaded because your company is *** and steals money from people.

    XBLA games won't carry over to Xbox One

    No one on the forums can cancel your subscription. You'll need to contact support directly. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or check your account information at http;//account.live.com so it will add your name to the chat fiels.

    Can you hear that? is that a ban hammer incoming? it is, its the mighty ban hammer, and its heading straight for COLARADO FADED.

    Have fun dude and seriously, whatever it was that you did that got you banned, man up and admit it. You may have done something that you don't consider merits a ban, but the terms and conditions that we all agreed to say otherwise.

    Man up and take your punishment, don't complain, also don't make forums posts like that, that pretty much confirms that you probably did get banned for a good reason.
