You are withholding my deposits!

What is so hard about fixing my deposits! And why are you not replying to my questions! My billing info is correct! So why no deposits?? It's nearly 13 months since I signed up and my 116,000 lifetime credits have not deposited ! I think you are all crooks
making us buy games and not giving us our rewards! i'm 5 star VIP not that it means anything PLEASE FIX IT!

And don't give me the generic response about it being a known data issue!

Pre order rewards

I have pre ordered star wars bf2. Assassins creed and cod ww2 but my stamp card does not show star wars as pre ordered. Could you tell me why it would appear Microsoft are withholding 15000 credits I have earned?

Cancel the preorder, and you can reorder again when the timing is within reason.

As for the 2nd part of your thread: Many years ago factories would pay every week. Until they discovered that if they paid every two weeks they could draw more interest off the funds before having to deposit of them into payroll. Withholding Taxes (Fed State
and Local) were cheaper by the week as well.
