    So. I have Xbox Gold but when I attempt to play games online I get the error message "You are not Connected to Xbox Live."

    But when I test connection, it says I am up and working. I thought maybe servers were down but I checked the status of Live and it says its fine. I have tried restarting my console but this does not help either. Any suggestions?

    360 games won't give me the option to download

    yes I'm connected to Xbox live and there not in perfect condition but they aren't too bad just a few small scratches

    I having the same problem im signed into my profile and it wont connect to xbox live but when im not signed in it connects.

    hard reset! it just worked for me, I've been having the same problem for a while now and I finally just pressed and held the power button for a while then turned it back on and it worked.

    MaxBox99 in order to connect to Xbox live you need an Xbox live profile, you cannot connect to Xbox live without having an valid Xbox live account.
