    I wanted to play the game,the Sea thieves` ,but I do not let go even though I was twenty-one, but I didn't know that the game requires vozrast +16 ,I wanted to buy the game for my brother but as you can see does not work ,please remove protection

    Hello Oliver,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This sounds like the privacy settings on your account are not allowed to see user created content.

    Try
    managing your privacy settings     to allow this. In your xbox live privacy settings, select view details and customize. The setting would be under "Game content" with seeing and sharing content. Make sure that is set to allowed for everyone.

    Try this out and let us know the results!

    Is there anyway I get Netflix on my UK console ?

    Even if you had an American Account on your Console, as Cosmic has stated, due to licensing laws your UK IP Address would be blocked from seeing the content, you could put points on your US Account and it will detect the region you are in and you will get
    the message that you are not allowed to view this content in your region. Netflix is coming to the UK in early 2012....just be patient

    Due to licensing restrictions with the content owner we have to remove some titles from the Marketplace and not allow those that purchased it from being able to view it. There is a disclaimer on the purchase screen that states you should download the content
    prior to a specific date in order to maintain the ability to view it.

    Make sure that your privacy settings allow you to view content that other players create. Minecraft is all about creating content, so any restriction at all will keep you from entering a multiplayer game. :)

    Thank you for your post, this error is usually thrown to an account that has some privacy settings enabled that will not allow you to view content created by other users. To change this please view this article:

    Troubleshooting changing online safety or privacy settings on Xbox One     be sure to edit the options for viewing content created by others for this to work.
