hi, im trying to buy the Dragon ball Fighterz game on the xbox store buy it dosnt make the purchase and when i try to buy it by the phone it says that i already own the product. The game is on offer

Hey Holiness Elohim,

Thank you for responding. If you haven't already, I'd like for you to try
uninstalling the current version of the game you have on your console by doing the following:

From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
See all.
When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button
on your controller.
Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.

Afterwards, try purchasing the game from the store. Hope this helps!

Hi, thanks for answering, it does notnappear on the orde history and I have the gane installed in my xbox because It is available to try in one week.

If you go to account.micrsooft.com and click on order history. If it's not there I would try making the purchase through another method, such as the Xbox, PC, different browser, etc.

You could creat a new account and buy the game as a gift and send it to your gamertag or e-mail

Are you sure you haven't purchased it before?

You can always check to be sure in your "Ready to Install" section on your Xbox.

To do so:

Go to My games & apps > Games and then select the game title from the Ready to install tab at the top of the screen.
