    I got credit for level 1 and 2, but never got credit for level 3 and 4.

    Did not receive rewards for YOLO Rewards Boost your Cred

    YOLO rewards received reward for Get Stoked with purchase of GTA V. Earned 11 achievements in game but have not received the YOLO Boost your Cred reward (4,000 points) for getting 5 achievements.
