    Hi,

    Can you please check my account regarding the #YOLO mission? I have completed all the steps and wants to make sure that it will be registered before the end of the period.

    Also please confirm that we still get rewarded for completing the missions despite your website taking 96h to update as a mission completed on the last day should still be rewarded even if the site updates 4 days later.

    I don't know how or where I can see my current standing regarding the various challenges in MyChallenges.

    I need to know if my weeks/months have registered correctly for Golden Child, In the Mix ,Prospector and Pass Go.

    Just a quick question I have completed 2 of the tasks in the #yolo mission but yet have no progression in the achievement part even though I have 9 achievements in the game I bought for the mission.

    how does this not show up in the progression ??

    After reviewing your account, we confirmed proper identification of your purchases, which completed the first part of this offer. However, there was an issue properly associating some of your achievements due to a tracking error, which we have corrected.
    After investigating an upstream data source, we see that you made an avatar purchase a few days ago, but we have not yet processed that information. Please note that it can take us up to 96 days to receive and process information. However, your purchase information
    will come with your date of purchase, so even if we receive your purchase information after the offer has ended, it will still go towards that offer, so yes, we can confirm that you will be Rewarded even if the 96 hour update period causes it to not be processed
    by the final day of the offer.

    Currently, there is no tracker for the MyChallenges, although you can review your MyStatement on the MyRewards page to see your survey completions for "Prospector". After investigating your user statistics, we see that you should have 59 consecutive days
    of Gold for "Golden Child", 28 consecutive days of Game Pass for "Pass Go", and about 2 minutes and 25 seconds of Mixer usage from 2 days in October and one in November. We see two survey completions for October and November for "Prospector", so currently
    you have 2 consecutive survey events. We have heard demand for various improvements to Gem tracking, like a MyStatement for Gems. We'll be sure to pass along your feedback to our web and promotions teams.

    Missing Gems

    Hello VexxWARE,

    Since Gems were only created in October, activity done before that could not have been awarded Gems before they existed. After user feedback, Overlords prior to October were awarded for completion of that tier. You have 6 Gems from surveys, 10 from the Prospector
    MyChallenge, 100 from the Golden Child MyChallenge, 5 from YOLO Rewards, 500 from Overlord, and the remaining 250 Gems are from your spending.

    Sorry for the delay. We received word earlier this week from our other team working on this issue that the problem had been resolved, but we did not see your MyChallenge complete immediately after the resolution was deployed. We see that the resolution from
    our other team has finished updating and calculating your progress, and this MyChallenge is now awaiting you to claim it on your MyRewards page!

    Regarding your question about a potential "knock-on" effect where this issue cascades into your following months and negatively impacts your progress going forward, this should not be an issue. The fix that was deployed was a complete
    refresh of tracking your progress towards this MyChallenge, so any delays or errors caused by the issue would not continue going forward on your following month's progress. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience!
