    Hi support,

    Last week i have bought F1 2017 from the microsoft store but i dont see any progress in the 1st segment of the yolo mission.

    Before buying F1 2017 i bought rocket league and that purchase was monitored correctly,

    I checked the prequisits and f1 2017 should count for this mission.

    I also have 5 achievements for f1 2017 ready but i guess they dont get counted if the main purchase isn't recognised.

    Could you please have a look at this?

    Did not receive rewards for YOLO Rewards Boost your Cred

    YOLO rewards received reward for Get Stoked with purchase of GTA V. Earned 11 achievements in game but have not received the YOLO Boost your Cred reward (4,000 points) for getting 5 achievements.

    Sorry to hear it. To try and redownload the item head to My Games & Apps and scroll right until you see Ready To Download. The item should be listed there.

    After investigating your account, we found an issue with your purchase of F1 2017 that caused it to not be tracked correctly. Since your purchases for the first segment did not complete, no progress was made towards the achievement segment of the offer.

    Support will check into the YOLO credits, but rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.
