subking - Phone support doesn't handle suspensions/bannings at all. They'll just send you back to the forums.

Also try contacting Xbox about this issue by either calling them or the post that davemcfly posted hope this helps

Xbox suspension truly is a joke I made this acc purposely violating xbox rules and yet its still standing but my acc where no wrong has been done and it gets suspended for 8 days shows xbox don’t give a damn about their users

to monica yesterday on from your support team ref : 1177129588 and she said you might be able to help me find out whats happending ?? i also have a problem bcos i dont remember my hotmail acc detials i,e the address and the password bcos its on my acc but
