find your Microsoft account email address, that I would enccourage you to use to attempt to find your account

In the instance that you are unable to recover your account using this, then I would have to recommend that you

Contact Xbox Customer Support, as they may be able to provide additional insight on recovering your account.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently attempting to recover your account.

If you are aware of what the email is, then you should simply be able to
reset the password of the account, granted the email address you are using is correct.

You will then be prompted to verify your identify by entering a verification code that will have been sent to whatever security proofs you have on your account, or the email or phone that was added as a alternative security option when creating your account.

After that, you should be able to reset your password.
