Please clear the alternate MAC address by going to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear and restart your console.

And then check for Interference. Make sure that there are no physical obstructions or electronic devices (like external hard drives) near your Xbox that might block the Wi-Fi signal.

Next is set a manual DNS, please go to settings> network> network settings> Advanced settings>DNS Settings> Manual.

PRIMARY DNS: 8.8.8.8

SECONDARY DNS: 8.8.4.4

Once done, please restart your Xbox as well as your router/modem in order for the network to refresh.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly connect your Xbox directly to the router using an Ethernet cable and then test it out.
