Yo I just got on my Xbox and finding out all my games have been uninstalled and my apps gone. ...

I find I was getting a install problem on my Xbox Game Pass mobile app. I just uninstalled it, and threcompanion app. Then I installed them again, and got my account signed in. Now it's installing for me. Try a resync on all devices.

I want to uninstall Xbox - ALL apps, programs whatever from my desktop. Don't have an Xbox, never played any game online or off. Needs to be gone. It won't let me uninstall it on my desktop computer. I have Windows 10 Home

I am having the same issue and I haven't had any luck finding a fix. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Forza, logging out of and back into all Microsoft apps (store, Xbox companion app, game bar), linking my Steam account to my Microsoft account, and more to no avail.

About to just ask for a refund...

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues launching games.

Would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold your console's power button, until it shuts down.
- Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes.
- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
- Plug everything back together.
- Turn your console on and verify if the issues persist.

If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate your answering the following questions:

- Are you using any external storage units with your console?

- Has your available storage space changed since the games disappeared? You can see your available storage space at Settings > System > Storage Devices.

- May I ask exactly what happens when you try launching one of the remaining 14 games? do you get any error codes/messages?

I really, really do not want to factory reset my Xbox again. Have had issues with my Xbox ever since and have lost $900+ in games and re bought $500ish in games yo continue losing them, my gold membership has been bugged, my game pass has been bugged, certain games just won’t work at all, and I do not want to have to spend another week/week and a half of downloading 84 games and 27 apps.
