Yiwanted the xbox live but it gave me game pass

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a purchase. Which game pass did you purchase? If you purchased Ultimate game pass then it has Live included. If just normal Xbox game pass you would need to cancel/refund then purchase the
correct subscription.

I paid for 3 months of Xbox live gold and it gave me Game Pass how do I get my Xbox Live if I already entered the code onto my Xbox

When you subscribe to Ultimate Game Pass it will convert any Xbox Live or Game Pass into one bundled subscription Ultimate Game Pass. It still has Xbox Live with it. Since they gave your money back you can just buy Xbox Live again?

I don't have game pass someone gave me an xbox live 12 months subscription gift card so want to use it for game pass many thanks ... do I have to still pay the £10.99 a month?

I had 17 days left of game pass ultimate I decided to buy a 12 month Xbox live Gold card and a 3-month game pass ultimate card put in the 12 months first then the 3 months game pass ultimate card so that the 12 months would convert to game pass ultimate as well. Instead it only gave me 8 months game pass ultimate total as stated above.
