On April 12th, I received an xbox message that read as follows:

You have been granted 14 Premium REQ Packs for Halo 5: Guardians as a result of redeeming a code for the Warzone REQ Bundle after already purchasing the content. For details, visit _______________.

I thought there would be a waiting period as I had previously had to wait for other promotional offers granted to me with Halo 5: Guardians.

I haven't received anything and still have the email. Could someone please help?

WARZONE REQ BUNDLE

The Warzone REQ Bundle provides players with 2 Premium REQ Packs a week for a total of 7 weeks. Premium REQ Packs provide players with the most number of REQs, with the best chance of acquiring Ultra-Rare, Legendary, and Mythic REQs. Players are guaranteed
at least three new permanent REQs in each Premium REQ Pack, if available.

The Warzone REQ Bundle is available in the following packages, on the Xbox Marketplace, or through token cards available at many retailers:

Based on that messaging, it sounds like the REQ packs were already applied to your account. Have you recently checked your REQ packs in Halo 5: Guardians? Considering this message was sent a couple months ago, is there a chance you might have already redeemed
them?

I would also like to clarify that these packs are not sent out as a code, the packs were automatically applied in-game.

 

hey thanks for getting back i didnt get them the last time i got them is when i first got the game and it was 2 premium req packs for 7 weeks thats all i got i check to see if i got them when i first got the message but thought their was a waiting process

Thanks for clarifying that. As Mister Beep stated above, with this particular promotion. REQ packs would be delivered inside the game to any users who are eligible. Since this isn't a promotion that involves a code, we wouldn't be able to provide any sort
of replacement. We appreciate your understanding.
