Yet more problems with Xbox(beta)

I understand that this is a beta. But can you explain why I am paying money for a broken beta that none of your support people can fix? Every update you do breaks something else. First I had problems with games that needed Admin permission. That got fixed.
Then you did an update and the problems returned. I spent 3 hours with support trying to fix it. You couldn't. A visit to a third party site recommended a single change in a setting and it was fixed. So then you updated again and now I can't seem to download
any games. The button says queued and the download doesn't start. None of you FAQs address this issue and I can't find it on the forums and I don't have 3 hours to try and fix it. So 3 weeks out of this month I cannot use the service I am paying for. Thanks
Microsoft! Do you have any other broken software you would like for me to buy that you won't refund my money for?

I'm not sure what you're looking for by posting here on the forums. Official Xbox staff don't browse the forums so you'll need to go elsewhere to get in contact with them. You also haven't given enough information to get help. When you say Xbox Beta are
you talking about the Beta ring of the Xbox Insider Program or Game Pass for PC which is in it's Beta stage? Either way if you are using a Beta product you have to expect that there can be issues such as these as the development team are still working on it.
This includes the possibility of problems coming back as small changes in software can break other areas. If you are unhappy to deal with these issues then I suggest you only use products and services that aren't in their Beta stage anymore.

If you are signed up for the Insiders Program for the beta builds, you can unenroll from the program and prevent other issues coming up for you.

Every great service has a rough start, my friend. No matter the company or product. No one before attempted such a thing like Microsoft with GPU including game pass beta for PC. The Beta is telling you everything. That you may experience issues. It is
always like that in the software business. I used to work for a software company, not Microsoft, and great projects must be tested by many people to work great. Give it some time and I believe, everything will be all right. We all need to be patient, to talk

Um, you are NOT paying money for the Xbox app, beta or otherwise...?

Any money you are paying, is for Xbox live gold, and/or game pass...

If you're having issues with the companion app beta, I would suggest using the stable build?

the problem has been persisting for a few months. I just decided to post now because I have more time. I believe the problem starts from the game not being available on the store yet being available in the Xbox (beta) app.
