Yet Another "Name that Game" Expired Game Code

Just received a brand new

Xbox One Console with a name-your-game full game download. The web site says that the redemption card has expired. How do I get a valid code? We got the console in part because of the included game. We would have chosen another console type if we knew there
was no game included. We were wanting Forza Motorsport 6 game.

Any suggestions on how to get the code that we feel is due?

If it's the Name Your Game bundle, you would have had to enter the code on the Name Your Game website and then choose which game. They would then send you a 25 digit code. That offer expired in March and is no longer available. You would have to contact
Argos for an exchange.

 

Free fallout 3 code with digital purchase of fallout 4

my name is seth bousquet. My gamer tag is . I purchased fallout 4 digitally on October 10th, 2015 but i did not receive the fallout 3 code in 7-10 calendar days. Also it has been almost two months since purchase so I'm not sure if code would
be expired or not yet, but I've never received one.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that previously, and they responded that the promo ended in March 2017, and that I needed to contact Xbox support, and gave me a link to the general help page. Didn't find a direct e-mail adrress, so I thought I would
post on the forum. If you have any other suggestions or how to contact someone that could do something, it would be appreciated.

 

That offer wasn't run by Microsoft/Xbox, so that form is the only way to contact the people who ran it. If it expired, then there's nothing else that can be done.
