      point one played online in 18th December (lost badly) recent players confirms this, point 2 live in the UK and point 3 my date of birth is correct have checked several times.

      so would like to know how I don not qualify for this offer Exactly not the above fob off because looking at the forums it looks like there is an issue with this offer

    I called backed and after they continued to assure me they were unable to issue a refund I gave them my lawyer's name and number and told them to expect a call, and magically, they suddenly gained the ability to give me my refund. And I have just confirmed
    the money was deposited into my account.

    Sorry to hear that you have had that issue. But still...telling somebody as advice to get something by threating the company with legal action is not a good way to advice people. In some call centers as soon as you do that they give you the phone of legal
    and will end the call. Also, if they are unable to refund something there is normally a policy on why not to and the agent has to go by that policy and no threats of legal action is going to change that. The fact that you resorted to that is bad. but the fact
    that you got the issue resolved means that it was not against the rules to give you what you wanted. Since we don't know the circumstances of his issue telling him to threaten with legal action isn't good advice.

    As a side note, they will note give you the legal department's phone number and end the call. They might just end the call. Every time I've asked, for any reason, I've been told that they don't even have the legal department's phone number on file. They
    can give you the mailing address, that's all. Just clarifying something there.
