Yesterday my minecraft account got hacked and they changed my email

so i cant access it but it is still associated with my microsoft email. I had made got progress in servers and wouldnt want to lose it

I have exact the same problem. My Email was hacked a few days ago and i think somehow the hack also hacked my Microsoft which has the Email and changed the Email from my Minecraft account to another one.

But even with proof of purchase its not possible to change it back?

I'm afraid not, once the email gets changed there is nothing that can be done to get the account or associated purchases back.
