Discus and support yesterday I bought 8000 yen from japan store but haven't got any email with codes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; yesterday i payed for 8000 yen from the japanese store, I recived the email from paypal saying that the payment went good, but the codes never arrived...     yesterday I bought 8000 yen from japan store but haven't got any email with codes


    yesterday i payed for 8000 yen from the japanese store, I recived the email from paypal saying that the payment went good, but the codes never arrived to me.

    May someone help please?

    Is there a way to see those codes again?

    Ore is there a Way to contest the transaction?

    VC code was put in on Xbox, confirmed it was a 35,000 vc code, but once I went inot NBA, no VC..

    I bought a 35,000 VC code yesterday from GameStop (online) and I put the code into the 'use a code' tab in the Xbox store (on the Xbox itself) and once all figures were put in, it loaded for a second and then popped up a picture of the 35,000 VC and confirmed the code I put in was correct... now after pressing continue, I quit NBA to restart it. (I've recently bought VC two other times before now and I did this everytime and it worked) Now once I reloaded up the game and arrived at the main menu, my VC was not added into the game? So I restarted my Xbox, signed out, even disconnected from wirless and non of which seemed to work.. now idk what is going on with my luck lately but this is the second VC code I've bought that hasn't worked. (Other one was a couple days ago, bought online from GameStop and they never sent the code with the confirmation email, stating

    Links to your download codes and installation instructions will be sent in a separate email. )
    So if someone could help me out that would be great!

    Never got my rewards.

    I bought the 10$ gift card with rewards points and never got an email for it. Was never added to my account either, even though it still took the 7500 from me. I don't have a conformation order but I'm sure you can see that I had over 8000 points yesterday
    and since last night I have less than 2000.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Best to check and make sure that your console is set for Japan and not a different region as that could prevent you from playing when you are allowed to
    My region is set to Japan. Apparently it's a problem with the currency used. Since I used USD the store didn't recognize my region as Japan. I will take this as a learning experience and pay in Yen next time.

    To use your Microsoft balance You need to change your region to Japan, so You can spend Yen, If You don't change It, You can't spend yen which is in your Microsoft Balance.

    it says that "i can't purchase this item from my location"...

    i have set up my xbox region to Japan too.

    I was thinking about something...when i go through the game market....price are still in EURO...but it should be in YEN as i migrated my region to JAPAN...

    if you have a solution..
