    I spoke to a member of your team tonight to be told I’m better off buying a new console was,not the way it should have gone

    2years ago I purchased a Xbox 360 for my 8 year old son £390 with a few games

    Yesterday a red light has appeared

    To which I contacted yourself, to be told my warranty has run out ( ok I understand that) but why has a red light come on.???

    And if I knew that your products only lasted 2 years I wouldn’t of purchased anything for that money since then I have purchased over 30/40 games at £35 and above you cann do the maths.!!!

    A lot of money

    Sorry but I can’t get my head around the fact that yourselfs are telling your customers that your better off buying something of eBay or something along them lines I don’t grow money on trees and sorry but I did think it may of lasted a bit longer than 2
    years

    Please understand from a customers view that not all family’s can afford to buy your products every 2 years and deserve just a little bit more from your staff

    Sorry I don’t mean to be rude but a BIG company like yourselfs should be a little bit more

    Customer support for a banned console.

    Very funny, I have bought another Xbox today as a matter a fact, but still gives no reason for the kind of support and comments I have received here. If you do not believe me I can give you the serial number. By the way nice response I am very disappointed
    in the way I have been treated not "outraged".

    They finally fixed the price.

    However Im very disappointed about Xbox not adressing the error anywhere.

    Also, Im mad about one of the guys at support (from Spain), who treated me like *** and close the support chat with me without answering my questions.

    Disappointed after spending £400 on a console and £40 for Gold membership (Fools Gold?) seriously Microsoft this is no way to treat your customers - disgusted.
