    yes I do

I am a parent of a child who plays xbox live . I pay for it not my son. I am very tired of kids his friends getting his suspended because they are mad at him from school. I sit there when my son plays xbox and he is not saying what these kids are telling
you!!! I am tired of him getting suspended for no reason what's so ever. It seems to me these kids can make up lies and you people believe them. I am really disgusted with xbox live and I will not buy him it again if this is how you are going to continue
to run this. You can't tell that people are lying when he is kick off and the next day gets kick off again. Come on learn how kids are.

    Thank you

  2. Yes I do...jigsaw puzzles

Over a week ago I bought the Barn Puzzles for 5100 gold bars. You took my money, but your puzzles are not loading. They will start to load then never finish. Please put my 5100 back or fix your problem with the downloading. I see tons of people with
the same problem.....Doesn't Microsoft care?? Please reply with an answer to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    Thank you

  4. yes I do

This is how the system works.

    1. A person makes a report to the enforcement team that someone violated the code of conduct which can be read here Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

    2. The enforcement team then investigates the report.

    3. If their was a violation of the code of conduct Nothing happens to the profile that gets reported If an account does a lot of false reports they can have an enforcement action placed against their account

    4. If there is a violation of the code of conduct then thats when the enforcement action is put onto an account.

If you feel that the account was suspended wrongly then you can go to enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review at which point the enforcement team will reinvestigate the report and determine if the suspension can be lifted sooner.

This is the only way to contact the enforcement team they do not monitor these forums

  5. I too am in the same boat as you MG Ghost13. My son was first banned for 24 hours, he is 9yo. I sat with him and tried to figure out what on earth he had done that would have caused a communication ban. I'm not saying my kid is perfect by no means but he
sat and cried the entire time because he didn't understand why he could no longer play Roblox. We first thought it was a child that seems to like threatening him, "join my party or else", so we blocked him.

When the ban was lifted he began to play again while I sat with him watching and listening the entire time. About mid-day - BAM! Banned again! I sat there in pure shock and confusion as to what I seen. I could see it in his face as well when all joy left
his body. What happened? What did he do? What do I do?

I quickly logged online to see if there was any information as to what was going on. Nothing but some copy and paste message about communication and harassment. My son did absolutely nothing but play games with his friends, was having a great time and then
banned. I placed the ban into review and now over 24 hours later I'm still waiting on what happened with a reply from the enforcement team.

My first complaint about this enforcement team. How does one keep from being suspended if they don't know what they are doing to be suspended? In this case with my son, neither of us have any idea as to what happened. There was no bullying, no name
calling, nothing that's stated within the "rules" did he break or the other kids as well. He was laughing, they were laugh, all were having a great time and then blocked!

Second complaint. My son being 9yo does not work or hold down a paying job therefore I pay for his ability to play online with a Console, Gold Membership & then the Internet. When stuff like this happens for no reason it's just a smack in the face
to the ones that's paid for it. It also causes my son to not have anything to do with the Xbox (Microsoft).

Third complain. Zero customer support when it comes to this type of issue. Sit and wait but in the meantime, I've paid to be able to play!!! What do they do if my child is being bullied by someone else? When my child get's reported by no reason
just to be bullied? What then? Do they go back and ban that bully? Do they give back the lost time because of the false report? Who knows the answers? The CSRs know nothing and can't do anything. Seems kinda backwards to me and unfair, almost to the point
that the paying customer is being bullied by Microsoft when it comes to these situations.

Now I've said all of that to say this, Yes rules need to be enforced. If my son was breaking some sort of rule then yes, he should be punished. Not only would he be punished by the Xbox team but I as a responsible parent would
also punish him. Like I said before, my child is not perfect. I do not expect him to act like an angel and follow every rule to perfection. But for crying out loud, give us parents MORE info than sending the rule sheet to us. Show or tell us what happened!
I had to give my child the right to be on your system, the least you could do is explain to me what my child has done to be BANNED from your system besides some generic statement.

  6. Like i said in my previous post the enforcement team investigates every report that is made and if there was no violation of the code of conduct then the account will not be suspended just because someone makes a report does not mean that the enforcement
team is going to suspend an account without there being a violation.

@FunkyzeitMatt, Did you end up replacing your console? Anything from Microsoft on this? I'm still using my console at the moment. I'm wounding if I'll end up needing to get it replaced. Having sound issues in the DVR as well. I've got another thread about
    that issue.

    @TURBULANT

I did get another console. The disc problem was one of about 4 major problems I had with my console. A friend also had the exact same problem.

he replaced his and problem is fixed.

Ive replaced mine, only tried the disc drive a couple of times, but it worked properly both times.

What sounds is your console making when you put a disc in?
