    Yellow light on personal details - Birthday


    Hi, when I took this months survey on Xbox live rewards I noted that there was a yellow mark at the foot of the page which suggested my details weren't up to date, specifically my birth date. I followed the link to verify my details but they were all correct.

    I refreshed the page to check if the marker went green but it's still yellow. The info by the marker said that if my details were correct I should open a support thread here to have the problem fixed.

    I just checked rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/ an there's a yellow light. "Your birthday seems not correct." I checked it. My birthday *is* correct. I don't whats the problem. GT is QuasarWaerter.

    XBL Rewards INFORMARTION NEEDED?

    Sorry... but i waited 4 days for an answer about this topic... My Birthday date is 100% correct (1973) but im still getting yellow light on XBL Rewards site.

    Can someone answer when this gonna be sorted out and fixed?

    We recently introduced this yellow light to bring attention to any abnormal behavior that was inconvenient enough to be an issue, but not serious enough to prevent your account from working correctly. We have detected that the age being reported from our
    database is very, very old. Apparently, our system believes that you were born over 100 years ago. This appears to be an issue with how we are receiving some users' information, and we are currently investigating. Once we have more information, we'll update

    We have determined why users are incorrectly seeing this notification and are deploying a resolution. You should see this notification go away by the end of next week.

    As we suspected once you confirmed your data was correct, the information we are receiving for your account has been incorrectly formatted by our data provider, which is causing us to see this odd birthday for your account. We have determined the why and
    the how this error occurred, and are currently following up with our data provider on how this issue can be resolved. In the meanwhile, we will be adjusting our yellow light notification with some better information, and you should see this yellow light for
    your birthday disappear sometime in the next few weeks. Fortunately, this notification, has no affect on how your Rewards Account works, and has not negatively impacted your Rewarding in any way. Again, we apologize for the alarm brought on by this notification.

    We have received confirmation that the data we are receiving for your birthday is incorrect. We have determined how and why this has occurred, and are continuing to follow up with our data provider on how this can be corrected. In the meanwhile, we will
    be using a different form of birthday reporting, and the yellow light should be removed from your profile over the next few weeks. Again, this notification has no impact on your Rewards Account or Rewarding in general. Apologies for the confusion.
