Years Since I last Played Mortal Kombat 10 years to be exact

I have Mortal Kombat XL I am not very good at fighting games, do you have suggestions on which characters are good for a novice player like myself.

Best Game Of E3?

I enjoyed seeing Mortal Kombat X just because of how far it's come since the last Mortal Kombat.

 

Upcoming Original Xbox & Xbox 360 Games On Xbox One

Is Mortal Kombat 9 and Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection still on the list for 2018 backwards compatible for XBOX One

Cause I want these two games so badly

Specially the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection which I used to have on XBOX 360 years ago

Sub Zero, Scorpion, and Liu Kang are all pretty easy characters to use

 

Pretty much same boat here, the last one i played was on the PSP, Scorpion is good he has a good set of easy combos, Liu Kang is pretty fast and once you learn his combos youll deal lots of damage in a short time. Mileena is somewhat easy, same sort of gig
as scorpion and I seem to find D'Vorah and kitana are pretty good to use. just stay away from characters like Reptile, Ferra/Torr and Kotal Khan till you get used to the game again, theyre pretty slow or technical. Id just play through the story so you can
try them all out in different situations.

Sub Zero was always my favourite character, Quite easy to use and get the combos right.

 

I had the best luck early on with Jacqui Briggs, and Cassie Cage. They seemed to have a decent balance of offense/defense, and one you learn the combos, deal some good damage. Have you played through to "story" yet? You get to play a good range of characters
throughout the single player.

 

As always Scorpion is a relatively easy character to pick up with. I personally use Ermac for his easy to deliver high damage combos. And he has a quick teleporting ability. Once you pick up on one character generally learning more becomes less of a challenge
depending on the character.
