Years of problems with 360 BC HELP

Tried what you told me to do in the last comment and no success. Have no problem downloading profile on 360 itself. Once I played a game on the console there was no problem. Wireless and wired. Got back on Xbox one after the success of the 360 and still the same problem as usual. No profile pulls up on the emulator and no connection to the internet once I try to download profile while being online on the Xbox one itself.

i have both consoles 360 and xbox one.

When i launch a 360 game it starts, shows the screen where its trying to download 360 profile loading bar doesnt move after about 20 seconds? it goes away to boot up the game. Game starts fine ask me what profile i'd like to sign into but no profile exist, try to download profile and says i have no internet connection this is through the 360 emulator not the xbox one itself i am hardwired in to my router via cable and maybe am 4 feet away from the router while playing. No connection issues with xbox one games nothing on xbox one ever has a probelm starting up or playing only when i try to play 360 games on my xbox one does it have a problem connecting through the emulator not the xbox itself.

Have ultimate game pass subscription, console family share with one other profile that does not have this problem i believe making my xbox my home xbox has not fixed the problem either.

I have no reason to believe it is actually a internet connection issue i have tried it several times after long sessions of online games, while being in a party, wireless and wired, messed with IPv4, MAC address any and every solution out there. Could it possibly be a corrupt profile issue? I have no idea what else it would be and have a large digital 360 catalogue i miss. I've had support tickets before as well and have never gotten a reply im honestly surprised you replied as fast as you did which is why i was so late with my reply lol.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, do you have an Xbox 360 games and Xbox One Console?

Does every time you launch a game it shows you "no internet connection"? Inspite of Console being updated and no issue in Network Connectivity?

When was the last time you were able to play a game to your Console without error or issue?

What type of subscription do you have? Or do you own game disks to play?

Is there any device or object between your Xbox Console and your router that might be causing interference? And are they far?
