    Yearly Live Status is Incorrect


    This may be a minuscule achievement to some, but I always cherished that my Xbox account was an acount that had been on Xbox Live for many years. This month, I would have been on Xbox Live for eleven years. However, instead of going up to eleven, my Xbox
    Live status got docked down to eight! Is there anyway to fix this glitch?

    Yearly Live Status is Incorrect

    This normally occurs if there is a lapse in your Xbox Live Gold membership, even if it was very brief. This normally resolves itself after a full billing cycle, or around 30 days. If your membership does not reflect after 30 days from now, please do report

    I had the same issue. Then realized my yearly Xbox live membership was expired. So that was the issue. You have to buy the yearly Xbox live and it’ll work

    12month renewals if canceled or third off removes you from grandfathered access

    Meaning you can only get yearly subscription from prepaid codes only once the grandfathered status is removed and no you can't regain it without a current grand fathered status which by turning off autorenewal will remove it permanently

    This is the warning MS.gave when they removed yearly plans

    my experience is that it sometimes fixes by itself.

    You maybe already done this, but something you can try to do to determine it's not something specific to your console is to check what it shows in for example on your profile on the Xbox Companion App.
