Year One Promotion Email Lost?

I believe I have satisfied all the requirements, including opt-in to Marketing mail, having an Xbox One since Day One, being 17+ and logging over 10 hours. However, I have not received the Year One email. I am worried because the email ID associated with
my Gamer Tag has changed several times, that the message might be lost. Is there something I can do to have it resent to the proper email ID?

Hey Foety! Since it's been over a year since the promotion there isn't much we can do on our end. Onyx here is right though, if you received one it would have been sent to your email address at the time of the promotion (fall 2012) so if you still have access
to that email you could poke around.

I've checked the relevant email accounts, no promo codes were ever mailed.

Thanks for that. I read your response to a related question and was able to update the contact email. Is there a way to request the Year One message to my updated address?

 

I wish there was but the terms of receiving the email specifically stated that the email had to have been accurate before November 11 as per Major Nelson's blog post.
