Year One Gift

Hello Microsoft,

The other day i hear that your giving out prizes for loyal xbox fans and day one buyers of xbone.... im sitting here thinking AWESOME im gunna get better stuff than nearly everybody else because i am probably one of the most loyalist supporters you have!
I've bought 2 XBOX's becuase the first one broke, 3 XBOX 360s (1 was the dodgy batch that got sent out and needed repairing) 1 because it broke and another just so i could have one in the bedroom aswell! and a XBOX ONE day one edition ( which was faulty and
had to be repaired) and was also planning on getting another XBONE for the bedroom! Ive had my xbox live account nearly 11YEARS now! only reason i didnt have it from xbox live launch was because you needed broadband and i couldnt get it in my area! Not to
mention the games and arcade games i have brought spanning over the years! Im even a unofficial xbox ambassador, ive made many friends sell their playstations and allways trying to convince people to swap at work and have even been successful a few times!
Ive played XBOX nearly everyday for the past 12years!!!!

My gamertag is even "" so is my email despite the funny looks i get when i give my email to people! I love XBOX!

YEAR ONE PERSONALIZED POSTER THAT I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AND PRINT MYSELF I ASSUME?

I would also suggest that Limbo may not be the Year One gift, either. You'll note that it is not listed in the "full list of possible gifts" provided at

I've heard the theory that the free code for Limbo was sent as a gift to those people participating in the Xbox One Update Preview program. Are you a part of that?

 

Just an FYI -- Anyone that is above the age of 12 and enjoys their Xbox One doesn't refer to it as "xbone".

 

What? you have to print out your own poster?

You know, this is almost as bad as when MS was giving out 20 ms xbox points (25 cents) as a way of saying Happy Birthday.

 

It's just a little thank you, with people getting chosen at random for various gifts. I suppose it would have made some people happier if they had chosen to do nothing.

I've owned a Ford for over 6 years....suppose I should write them that I'm mad that they give Fords away for various giveaways but I haven't received one yet.

 

Sometimes nothing > something useless. I'm not an ungrateful person either, but I know better not to tape a penny to a birthday card and send it to my friend.

 

^^ MS isn't your friend though. They owe you nothing outside of the services you pay for. I understand the "here's 25 cents, enjoy" irony of the whole thing, but just sayin' that it is a little different.

At this point all I can say is thank you Microsoft for the game was not a complete piece of you know what. The game really fun I know you have been getting A LOT of feedback on how your console is bad I for one am a bit too but instead of rambling on and
on about what problems i have with it I would rather just tell you that yes PlayStation is better graphics wise and and they have secured A LOT of games that will only launch on their console but *** it I have been with you guys for decades since the original

Whenever a free handout is issued folks just magically appear outta know where. Its as if they think they are more entitled than the other potential thousand or so customers.

 

you all do realise that 25cents for each persons birthday is a lot, times that by say 40 million users works out to a cost of 1 billion dollars

They don't have to give you anything. If you don't want to print off the poster, don't do it.
