    Moderators being lazy and annoyed that they can’t help my situation. I truly am asking for a mature adult who knows the correct information specific to my situation.

    Xbox profile is corrupted

    Finally the support team solved my problem. I had to delete my account and add it again, after I had to reset my console but none of these helped. So they cancelled my gold subscription and after they took me redeem codes to activate it again. This last
    thing solved the problem. It took 1.5 hours but they were really helpful.

    Xbox Live enforcement action

    I just talked to support and it wasn’t very helpful. I know full well my acct is suspended for a week. Its just not showing up as suspened... so I can’t request a case review.

    Hello, alright so basically. My account was randomly suspended yesterday for the reasoning of theft? I believe it was linked to my account being breached and multiple games were purchased. I notified Xbox support and they gave me a refund of the games within
    a week. But the games were still in my library. That was until a few days ago. But still, 1 of the games remained, Dark souls 3. So I was like hmm. I guess they’ll get that one soon enough. Nope, randomly banned.

    So, I go to enforcement and apply for review after taking the quiz which is literally meant to be difficult as hell. I state what I stated above and within 10 minutes I am denied a suspension lift for quite literally doing nothing. The reasoning of no suspension
    lift is due to, and I Quote the enforcement person,

    “Thank you for your inquiry. This account received a temporary suspension after repeated attempts to gain refunds for Xbox content. As outlined in the Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers, unless otherwise provided by law or by a
    particular Service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Circumventing these rules to obtain unauthorized refunds (called ‘chargebacks’) from a financial institution (such as a bank or credit card provider) is considered fraud and is a violation
    of the rules of Xbox Live.“

    I WASNT THE ONE REQUESTING ANY REFUNDS. I only notified support of the issue with the account breach. Now I can’t play WW2 for weeks. For being a victim. I’m outraged by this.

    you were told the correct action three times you just won't listen

    Your only course of action is to file a unauthorized access case which you were told by 3 different people

    Asking for a refund because of unauthorized access is not an valid excuse to.tell pet

    Nor will they look at it

    You MUST PROVE unauthorized access via a investigation

    There is NO PROOF that you can provide because it is server logs that are needed of the ip address that isn't yours making the purchase

    You are only allowed one refund per year unless it's buyers remorse conditions which is less then 5hours

    If it was a chold.or your friend who you are ga

    mesharing with them you need to takes steps to.secure your account you don't need to leave your profile on the other console only designated as home console and he gets the games automatically until YOU CHANGE THE primary console

    If the purchases was due to a family member click require password

    The pet member was correct asking for.refunds is a fraud violation

    If it is because someone stole your account yku need to file a unauthorized access case and lose access to your account while they investigate that is YOUR only course of action

    The person who made the purchases will be punished severely

    unauthorized purchases due to a family .ember isn't a valid excuse for refunds beyond the first one

    You should've followed the advice of the support person and locked your family out of the account

    What don’t you get about WHERE AND TO WHO DO I FILE UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS FORM????

    I didn’t ask for a refund, I was offered it by Xbox support agents.

    TRULY read before you type again bro. I’ve repeated myself multiple times now.

    Where and too who can I file an unauthorized access form? And why does it matter now if the enforcement team won’t even give a sh** because they won’t even be informed lmao. Who’s gonna inform them? Nobody can contact them. You still have yet to give me
    any solution man. I need someone with higher authority and passage.

    You would have to contact support and they would need to start the unauthorized access investigation. Even if they find that your account was not in your hands at the time, it does not guarantee your suspension will be lifted. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in

    Now smwutches I’ve already contacted Microsoft support even yesterday and today not exactly saying the code word “I want to file a unauthorized access case” but I’m pretty sure that they understood and many different support agents even contacted their supervisors
    for 40+ minutes in the call with me, and at the end said there’s nothing they can do on their end because enforcement controls my suspension. My point is, why should I waste my time opening an unauthorized access case, if enforcement isn’t even notifed of
    me opening this case.

    If you have already submitted a case review and it was upheld there is nothing further that can be done. The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you feel your account was accessed you will have to go through Official support to open an unauthorized
    access case.

    So this being said 5x over to you by 5 different people even from a British guy I know from the same thread

    It's not a code word you added enforcement into the mix
