If it's available to purchase, it should be available in your region.

Are you trying to download it to your C: drive, or an external drive? Try changing the permissions of where things are downloaded which may help.

1. Press Start > Settings
   
2. Click Storage
   
3. Click Advanced storage settings > Where new content is saved
   
4. For new apps, make sure it's saving to C:
   

You can also reset the Microsoft store to see if that helps.

1. Press the Windows logo key + R to open the Run dialog box.
   
2. Enter wsreset.exe then select OK.
   
3. A blank command prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.
   
4. Try downloading the app again
   

how can I do that when that app is not available in my country lol? I cant play minecraft then?

Yeah u are right but fortnite should be able to play without xbox live gold membership

Becuz i can't buy membership as microsoft is not supporting my country payment methods and gift cards are not available in my country yet

Yeah very simple unless you live in a country where microsoft rewards is not available .

I haven’t purchased any games off the Microsoft website as far as I know. And I’m from Australia, and I believe Minecraft is available in my country.
