Yeah how is it that a game I purchased is removed? Zero explanation

I I paid what 59.99 for Far Cry 5 played it for however long now I go to play it this evening and it says I need to purchase it when I've already purchased it. No explanation of course the service department or support department is out for the day because,
why not right. Essentially money being stolen from me by Microsoft unless I'm seeing this wrong as it tells me if I want to play it I need to purchase it. Bought an Xbox One X and a 4K TV to go with it with Far Cry 5 being the star of the show. Has this happened
to anybody else and is there a way to rectify this without having to wait and pray to talk to a real person?

If it's been uninstalled, it should show in your Games and Apps as Ready to Install and you can re-install it from there. If it doesn't show there and you are definitely signed in with the account that purchased it, you'll need to contact support.
