Yea it's a major problem

To whom it may concern.

I have a problem I bought alot of games online I also was game sharing but since I been game sharing I had nothing but problems..my home xbox is for game sharing it does not dictate me from playing my games I bought offline I should not have to set
my home xbox to do that. When u buy a game u buy that right to it. If I bought 20 xboxs and wanted to download all my games to all of them and play I should. Look into that matter plz bc it said I used 5 of my home xbox when clearly I did not bc I was game
sharing that's the last time I use that feature..when I buy a game I should be able to play it not wait a year to play offline..I did not want to game share but they had to for me to play offline..those that support xbox "us xbox players" should not have to
do all that. Just saying it feels that u all r stealing our money bc of that feature it limits everything. And all xbox players will say that..

yea the red ring problem is one major thing Im very worried about, but Im sure with the slim the problem has been taken care of... I hope. Dont let that stop you from buying one

You bought 20 Xbox One? You can set a console as home console 5 times a year, no more than that, It means You coudn't set all of 20 consoles as your home console, You could even set 5 Xbox One as your home console and use Just One on-line, this How It Works

 

Contact XBox Official SUpport , they will look at your Profile to see if You get a chance to Get 5 more , And however YOu must know that Game sharing is illegal in order to not pay for games

that's what I'm saying u should not have to set ur xbox in order to play offline..my home xbox is for game sharing I should not have to set it to play offline and when u use it up u have to wait a year to set it again.

 

I was saying nomatter how many xbox I buy those games I buy I own those I don't care about game sharing .all I'm saying i kno how it works I'm saying u should not have to make it my home xbox to play ur games offline when u buy a game and download it u
should play offline.

I don't think anyone is understanding what I'm saying haha...even with one xbox my home xbox is for game sharing only! u should not have to set it to my home xbox to play ur games that u own offline.games u buy r linked to ur account once u download to
xbox u should play offline but nooo.

 

When you buy a game, you can take it with you anywhere. You dont have to set the home console each time. Where ever you take your profile, is where your games are. The only thing that the home Xbox does is allow others to play your games. Game sharing is
meant to be for in your house only, not with 50 of your friends, as this can get you banned.

 

When you buy a game digitally you're essentially given 2 licenses. The 1 tied to your account and the 1 tied to your console, or Home console on the One. The console license is what allows you to play offline. If you have a different console set as your
Home, then that's why you can't play offline. Even though the game is still tied to your account, you have to be signed into Live in order for the service to verify you have that license.

 

To add. Game sharing is supposed to be with family. Not what you are trying to do and exploit the system.

The games you buy are tied to the gamertag that bought them. To play offline THAT tag has to be used as the home.

This is how the system is set up to stop exploitation.
