    Is Microsoft working on a resolution to fix this problem that so many of us are having? Ever since those recent updates came out, my Xbox One S now doesn't work properly. I have been hit with the "Black Screen of Death. " It's VERY frustrating. Microsoft....
    Please fix this issue IMMEDIATELY.

    and attempt to power the console to low resolution mode by following the your screen is blank after you turn on the console section.

    I haven't been able to get online in a few days. When i power on my XboxOne, nothing happens. Black screen and i have an LG tv and it says "NO SIGNAL. " I'm really pissed and frustrated. I've tried everything from trying different HDMI ports in my tv to
    trying to use a different HDMI cord. NOTHING. I even tried connecting my XboxOne to another tv in my house and NOTHING. Gives me the same error message as before: "NO SIGNAL." My XboxOne has recently been doing some updates and I'm hoping that is what causing
    the problem. I purchased my XboxOne brand new... not pre-owned. Please help. This is VERY frustrating and makes me VERY pissed that i can't use my XboxOne.

    Is yours shutting off by itself after it's been on for a few minutes? That's what mine has been doing as well. I'm soooooo frustrated!

    Yea it is really frustrating not getting an acknowledgement of our issues... I'm a Software Engineer FFS.....I can troubleshoot and I am very certain that this is a result of the Software Update.
