MixPot FAQ: "You’ll receive your
MixPot within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event. Remember, you must be logged in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your MixPot.

Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content. Viewers don’t have to watch the entire briefing to qualify. You’ll be notified after
the stream is over with more details regarding your MixPot."

Double check your Microsoft Account
order history for a redemption of the skin since it is done automatically to your account, and also double check your inventory within the game.

It takes time for Microsoft, Mixer, and Rare to verify who is eligible for the skin and then having to redeem the skin to all of the account's who qualified. Some may get it sooner, some may have to wait the full week to receive the item, it just varies
probably based on the order of the viewers watching the stream like a first come first serve basis.

The MixPot rules listed on the FAQ applies to every MixPot, so if Rare Ltd. promised that this skin was not limited and everyone would get it, then you would need to contact them about it because at the end of the day, the developers are primarily responsible
for providing an in game item and then Microsoft will distribute them to the Microsoft accounts qualified to receive this skin.

Same, i'm missing my ebony flintlock pistol.

I viewed the video during the live stream for over an hour. Never got my reward and it is now the 7th day and still no reward and now not getting help on this post this is ridiculous.
