Yakuza Like a dragon syncing data forever

I tried launching yakuza today but it wont start it just keeps loading with the message "syncing data" outside of the game

I tried running it as administrator it worked but my save file is not there

I just renewed the game pass I'm not sure if that could be a problem

is there a solution to this problem

I wanted to include a screen shot but it says failed

Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2?

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.
