    Yakuza 4 cannot find save data (windows 10)


    Tried to play yakuza 4 but all my save data was gone. When I researched where this save data was stored, it should be in the C:\Users\...........\AppData\Local\Packages\SEGAofAmericaInc.Yakuza4PC_.............\SystemAppData\wgs\...............................\ directory and the save data is there. For some reason, in game, it cannot find it and says that no saves are available.
    I asked this before on the Yakuza Games subreddit and I was told that this happens every once in a while for SEGA games on PC, and that uninstalling and re-installing would fix it. I have uninstalled and re-installed and put the save data back where it should be but it still does not work.

    The image shows 13 folders and I assume those 13 folders represent the 13 saves that I had.

    I had experienced zero issues with the game previously and this issue mysteriously appeared only yesterday.

I switch to another new microsoft account and launch the game with no problem, seems there have some problem on my save data on cloud and when the data load it just cant load into game. i cannot find any method to delete my cloud save

    Yakuza 0 Gamepass Saves

    As for my knowledge at this point, microsoft somehow encrypts saves files in Windows Store games. I found some information how to transfer this files for another games but for Yakuza 0 it did not work. Also transfering data files in not possible.
