Yakuza 0 save data missing

Yakuza 0 just got taken off the game pass which is [mod removed] but at least its on sale on steam right? So I go to my save files to transfer the save over, too bad if you uninstall the game on game pass it gets rid of your save file too. I didnt think my save data would be attached to the damn game. There is nothing in the save data files and I cant install it again because it was taken off the game pass. What do I do other then start over again on steam?

I have went through these, and it requires me to reinstall yakuza 0 on game pass, which I cant do since you have to purchase it now to install it. Why the damn thing removes the save file when you uninstall it is incredibly stupid. if there is any other ways to get the save data or reinstall it please let me know.

As for my knowledge at this point, microsoft somehow encrypts saves files in Windows Store games. I found some information how to transfer this files for another games but for Yakuza 0 it did not work. Also transfering data files in not possible.

The only thing I found there was the Backup9999.sav file that i mentioned in the OP. Which doesnt work as a save for steam.

To sate my own curiosity i tried to boot up yakuza 0 without an internet connection and I could not do so. Probably a gamepass thing.
