    My son has been banned and we do not know why. We have spent a lot of money on FIFA, call of duty, mindcraft etc..... please can you help?

    Hi there,

    I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions.

    You will have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

    I case it is a game specific ban you will have to try some contact for that specific game.

    Usually also an email will be send with some details regarding the suspension/ban to the primary email address on the account.

    You will need to post in the ban and suspensions forum. Also young should probably remove your email from this post for security reasons.

    Just looking at his account
    live.xbox.com/.../Profile     shows he has bright blue skin for his avatar which is not possible without external mods. That would lead to his account being banned
