Y U DO DIS MICROSOFT

So i try to log into my xbox account and it sais that it got suspended because i have to pay 20 dollars to reactivated. which doesnt make any sence what so ever because this is the first time me logging into my account in 3 months my account got hacked which
the person that had acces to my account spended about $400 US dollars from my bank account and which i was not able to keep paying my 1 month membership which isannoying because i really want to playthe new games that i just bought

Same here bud...it's been very frequent lately and I have even unplugged my router as well thinking it was my connection..messaged a few friends the other day to see if they were having any issues and they all said the same thing. I been getting disconnected
a lot during the middle of gameplay in my single player games..sometimes back to back disconnects.

 

that would be a billing suspension. Most likely your had 3month reoccuring membership which you would have fo pay off if your payment method rejected it

 

If your account was accessed by someone other than you, you will need to contact official support to open an unauthorized access case.

Otherwise if you have a billing suspension, you will need to pay the outstanding balance on the account before you are able to purchase a new subscription and play online.
