    I keep getting the run around when trying to ask a live person about the status of my repair. Im getting a little tired of this.... (mostly because ALOT of companies seem to keep using Covid-19 as an excuse to not give customer support). I know 1st hand
    that when it comes to getiing any help for returns, refunds or any support whatsoever from Microsoft (or Sony, or any corp. lately) that things can go wrong. I JUST WANNA KNOW WHERE IS MY ELITE 2 CONTROLLER I SENT IN FOR REPAIR? The last update i have for
    it was that it was in Texas. Thats it. Just Texas. No building name or nothing for 2-3 days now.??????
    BTW, YES i checked status updates on my Microsoft account & UPS....

    Sorry to hear that but grim reality is that what happening on States (Not COVID 19 btw) everything is slowing down a bit, suggest you wait, nothing can be done.

    Thanx for the reply. Found out 2day its on its way back. Just a bit pissed that i couldnt get a support person, chat bot, text or email on anything about it....smh

    Thanx for the reply. Made me feel a lil better. Ended up seeing 2day that my package is halfway back now. BTW, I Had a Similar problem with Sony (ps4) where $200 came up gone & i LITERALLY could not contact a soul about it...smh

    Hello as long as you can keep checking shipping and you can see that its going places I wouldn't worry. I had my own package sit at my post office for 2 days this week. So things are a little behind. Once they get the packages though it might not be opened
    right away due to covid and surface living. So its not telling what they are doing behind the scenes with that. Normally it takes a least 1 month for them to do repairs. So keep in mind it might be even longer than that due to their handling processes now.
