    Ok so I am new to this ambassador thing. I thought since I love xbox and helping people so much why not combine the two into a hobby I enjoy. But whenever I take a question from the abassabank then I try to type to help the person I cant type anything. Its
    really weird. I have posted something like this before and they said that they tried tinkering with my account. Nothing has happened since. Yet again though I have been afk for quiet a while. So I came back to try to help again but the same thing is happening.
    Please help.

    As a member of the xbox community ambassadors, you should know the reporting procedure.

    It is also not an ambassadors job to "keep the community safe", any more than any other user.

    Sorry but I have to add that Box Community Ambassadors are NOT employees of Xbox or Microsoft. We arw simply gamers like yourself who want to help and have a little more knowledge of Xbox and services. We dont have any access to any Live Accounts or personal
    details and we CANNOT BAN ACCOUNTS. We have the same reporting procedures available to us as any other Live member.

    Hope that clarifies things for when/If you get back online.

    As was said above this isn't the proper forum. I'm fairly certain that the Ambassabank uses Silverlight which may be having issues with your browser. So try a different browser and if that doesn't work then uninstall and re-install Silverlight.
