Destiny is garbage. I don't know how people keep playing that trash and yeah it needs 'expansions' lol.

There is one DLC to be release.

After the next "expansions" it's Destiny 2 + season pass (includes 2 DLC).

 

Ahhh Defiance now that game did have a load of content!! so much I never actually finished it.

I wish they would bring that back!

 

meh, i'll pick it up to fill up more of the lacking vault space... at least that is being addressed in updte 1.1.2

Just Suros i need to find now and i'll have all the exotics i want (maybe the veil)

 

@ Tzar... the next DLC is house of wolves, followed by 'Comet' which adds playable planets if the leaks are to be confirmed

LOL fair point I spose, I still think Destiny lacks content personally I enjoyed my time on it though. Now I have a external drive I might reinstall it to hunt down those last few ghosts.

I think the best way to put it (for me) would be that it needs more content than what its enjoyment level supports... if... that makes sense. The game is well put together on a
mechanics level and it's a blast to play. As much play as I've gotten from it (and I still play it regularly), I think any game would become repetitive. Of course, you'd have to include the point that I don't do PvP.

Not to mention the fact that enemy spawns and AI tactics that never really change, isn't helping matters at all. TBH, the game has been out for quite awhile... long enough that
many games would be long forgotten and left behind for the next big title. Yet, many people still play it regularly, all the while complaining about the lack of content. To me, that says the game is at least good enough for people to still be complaining about
the lack of content. If it wasn't that great, then most people would have moved on, deeming it not worthy (or perhaps not worthy of wanting would be a better statement) more content.



Edit: Just wanted to add, Red Death is an awesome weapon, only made better by the recent buff that pulse rifles received. I've had it for awhile and for those who enjoy pulse rifles,
I think you'll like it.

I rarely ever post links, so I hope this works. Just thought I'd leave it here, since Genchy mentioned hunting down those illusive (well, some of them lol) ghosts.

 

been playing destiny since day one completed the raid over 50 times done nightfall and weekly's every week got every gun in the game except the crux and thunderlord and the game is getting very boring

 

@ Ghosts... have to admit you've got a point. I've been getting pretty bored myself. Level 32 Warlock that I really have nothing left to accomplish with.

Level 31 Titan that all I have to do is get his raid armor upgraded to be a 32. Actually felt a little disappointed when I got both the chest and gauntlet armor pieces from the same raid with him, because I knew he'd be a 32 that much sooner.

Had a 31 Hunter I just got bored with, so I deleted and started another Warlock... but that's feeling like a grind at the lower levels.

Tuesday and Wednesday are usually the days I play the most because of the NF and raid resets, but other than that, it's almost getting to the point where I wonder if I should bother doing any of the daily stuff. Once you have the max level and all the weapons
you really need... there's not much else to do.

A friend of mine said even if they increased the Level Cap, gave some rewards for hitting certain levels it would give him more to play for now.

I've said all along I thought Destiny was a decent shooter, a lot of fun when played with friends but it wasn't the 'Epic' I thought it might be coming from Bungie. The biggest let down for me was the complete lack of any sort of story, well there wasn't
one I could make out lol

 

From what I understand @Lofty, the amount of lore is actually pretty sizable and it has a deep and rich story... lol...

If, when one isn't playing the game, one is willing go on the internet, look up a few thousand Grimoire cards and piece it all together... separate from the game. Because who wouldn't want to try to remember all the in game references from Dinklebot and
others, while combing through a pile of online cards as an afterthought? >.<

Don't know what they were thinking with that idea... other than perhaps they weren't...

 

Brilliant game.

As I've said before I can respect anyone who didn't like the game.

However, in the face of the awards, accolades and the 3 million players who are still playing this game to death because it's that great... I can't take people who try to say it's a bad game seriously.

Great gun too. Having a fun time beefing it up and then the Vault Of Glass was kind enough to drop Truth for me.

thing is i had 2 32 warlocks and a 32 hunter (i did have a titan but nothing would drop for him so remade a hunter) all i need is two weapons when they release the new DLC all my armour will be useless
