XSX stopped reading most discs

Hello,

yesterday I noticed
a problem with my XSX. I bought a brand new factory sealed copy of
Bloodstained and after inserting it into disc drive, it tries to read it for
few seconds then stops and no error or other message shows up. I thought that
this is a faulty disc but I've never seen such thing for +20 years of console
gaming. I have 2 other XBOne games on discs - Cyberpunk and Resident Evil 3 and
both are working fine.

To be sure, I also
tried few games from Xbox 360 and Xbox Original which were working fine when I
was testing this console after launch but now they also not work - nothing
happens as with Bloodstained. In total I tested around 10 discs.

How is this
possible? I tried workarounds such as powering off from menu, powering off by
holding Xbox power button and plugging off cord for an hour. I also factory
reset the console without success. 2 of 3 XBone games are read, no game from
X360 or Xbox 1 is working.

Console is superb
and I'm super angry and frustrated that perhaps I will need to send it for
repair. If only DVD games would not work I would think this is some kind of
software glitch but unfortunately one Bluray game is also not working .
