    XSX Quality of Life Improvements — OCT 2021


    The XSX has been out for nearly a year, and right now the console feels stable. But, what are the quality-of-life features that you still want to see Xbox/MS add?

    It'd be great to put together a megathread (if we get enough comments I'll go through and collate them into a shared Google Sheet or something).

    Here's a list to get started:

    • 4k dashboard (rumoured to be very soon).
    • Additional SSD upgrade options (or sizes, 500gb rumoured too).
    • Stop screen flicker when going between HDR and non-HDR.

    The first game was pretty good honestly, I would like some quality of life improvements maybe, but nothing too drastic in change.

    Yes you can, originally this was not the case but they changed it during the long development of the Xbox one version

    I highly recommend the upgrade for the quality of life improvements alone

    Borderlands 2 vs. Borderlands 3?

    I am loving Borderlands 3. The game brings so many things in that you never knew you needed in BL2, basic quality of life improvements. The story isn’t as good but the gameplay is fantastic

    If I buy the physical copy of Hogwarts Legacy on the Xbox one, will it work on the new Xbox Series 1 console?

    it will not, an Xbox one is not fast enough for it to work. I highly recommend buying the series version over the Xbox one version, there is so many quality of life improvements it's worth whatever money you have to pay extra
